¿EL REY DEL POP HIZO STOP?A cualquiera que haya seguido con cierto interés la trayectoria de Michael Jackson se le ha pasado por la cabeza en algún momento la posibilidad de que el personaje blancuzco y enfermizo al que nos hemos acostumbrado a ver los últimos años no sea en realidad el verdadero Michael Jackson. La noticia de su muerte a dos semanas del inicio de sus conciertos en Londres

Analicemos el caso de Mike. Son los años 80, y el joven Michael firma el disco más vendido de todos los tiempos aún a día de hoy. Premios por doquier, discos vendidos a millones en la edad de oro de las discográficas, contratos multimillonarios, primas publicitarias… Todo lo que nos podamos imaginar es poco para hacernos una idea de la medida en que la fama recayó sobre este chaval acomplejado desde pequeño y maltratado durante su infancia.
¿Acaso sería muy descabellado pensar que en el momento de máximo auge de su carrera, y con dinero suficiente como para mantener continentes enteros, Michael podría haber decidido desaparecer del mapa? Incluso hay fans que sitúan el desdoblamiento en el momento del lanzamiento de ‘Dangerous’, con el vídeo de ‘Black or White’, donde ya se apreciaba una diferencia muy marcada en su fisonomía.
Incluso la serie ‘Los Simpsons’ desarrollaba esta idea en el famoso capítulo del cumpleaños de Lisa, donde por cierto, el propio “Jacko” ponía la voz de su alter ego Leon en la versión original:
